Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Fast Domestic Shipping (US Local Warehouse)
All orders are directly fulfilled and shipped from our US domestic warehouses (or local regional fulfillment centers). You will NOT have to wait weeks for overseas transit, and there are NO hidden customs fees or import duties.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed, packed, and verified within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Standard US Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $15.00 (FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $150.00).
• Express Delivery (2–3 Business Days): $25.00 via USPS Priority Mail / FedEx Express / UPS.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is scanned and dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking code. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier's portal.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. NUIPISP is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
